"The first knife I bought from BladeOps was about two years ago, and I carried and used it everyday. I finally had an issue with the OTF feature and decided to order again. This order included a spring assisted blade as well as an OTF. They arrived quickly but the spring assist would not fire consistently. I contacted customer service and we tried to fix it but to no avail. I returned it and they sent out a new one which seems to work just fine. My OTF version seemed like it failed a few days ago. However, something must have just been stuck as it is working fine now. All in all I have been very happy with price, quality, and shipping. Plus the selection is awesome whether you are in the market for lower priced daily carry knives or top-of-the-line collectors."
