"I have been a customer since 2010, however i fell out of buying knives until i needed to get a few more as mine have all been put into packs or bags or lost etc, however the issue occurred that i could not remember my password and when trying to reset my password and after several attempts to reset, i was not receiving the email to reset. Not wanting to create a new account i reached out to their customer support and was promptly responded to by Brooke H. She tried to manually reset however that was unsuccessful as well. She then kept communication going as she informed me that there was an issue with the IT side of things and that the issue was resolved. This took just over a week, and while that seems like a long time, there was no urgent rush, and my time frame of responding wasnt super fast but she acted and communicated in a very professional and friendly manner. She got the issue resolved and was even kind enough to send a small discount for my next purchase for the troubles I had. It was a great experience and would recommend BladeHQ even more now knowing the customer service is top notch! Thanks Brooke!"
