"I ordered tigh hoslter for my SA TRP Operator 1911. The holster was not in stock and promised to be back in 2 weeks. I received my order as promised, but the holster is not what I expected. I called and asked for exchange. BT was more than happy to exchange and refund the difference promptly. BT paid for shipping both ways. Return and new exchange order."
