"Damaged wifi device, screen, and mouse. Won't replace. Horrible service. They state there is no guarantee regarding matching screens evn though they sent matching screens and one was damaged. They wont replace with the same model. Who buys dual monitors that don't match? These people are no good. Thay away!"
""I ordered a Dell755 refurbished PC upon arrival the box looked like it was literally thrown off the truck and dragged down the road a mile or two. Upon opening it, the PC was damaged considerably. I contacted Yugster by the only means available (e-mail), tried chat and that was a dead end, I got a "sorry to hear that contact customer support". Then I got "we are contacting the distributor" then Blairtg sent a shipping label but said if the item was damaged they would charge me for the shipping and it was best to send it in the package it came in....well DUH! The package it came in was in pitiful shape and the internal packaging obviously did not protect the PC from shipping damage..very unprofessional!""
"Pretty sure many reviews are fakes. Can't believe I was sent 6 year old desktop that most likely was in 24/7 heavily usage by a corporation. They do however clean it up nicely with air cans to call it refurbished.
For all those interested in buying refurbished PC do Google the definition of a word refurbished. "
