"Amazing, just amazing... From the time I found BMP and called and started asking questions, Andy was amazing. Patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, proficient... the list goes on. When I finally placed my order, he patiently guided me through the process, helped me to make adjustments and changes to my artwork, sending along new proofs quicker than lightning. And at no time did I feel rushed or incompetent. I felt as if I was the only customer and therefore got the red carpet treatment. Now I know, that I am NOT the only customer, but that's the kind of service Blank Media Printing offers. 6P sleeves were very washed out looking...had to re-print...
"I sent them a job 2 weeks ago.
When the sleeves came in, my client rejected the printing bc the colors were washed out.
I've received a physical proof to review, but the jury is still out on how well this process has gone.
They were willing at-their-cost to re-print.
Kills a couple extra weeks to go through the re-print process. "
