"Amazing, just amazing... From the time I found BMP and called and started asking questions, Andy was amazing. Patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, proficient... the list goes on. When I finally placed my order, he patiently guided me through the process, helped me to make adjustments and changes to my artwork, sending along new proofs quicker than lightning. And at no time did I feel rushed or incompetent. I felt as if I was the only customer and therefore got the red carpet treatment. We got great support regarding uploading the files (both graphics & music).

"The web page's interface a little confusing to navigate. For instance, once I placed my order, the desired artwork comes after. In short I had to go back a few times to ensure I wouldn't receive blank DVD inserts. Paper for inserts have a nice feel. But it'd be nice having option to printing the DVD title on the inserts spine in addition to front and back. "
