And at no time did I feel rushed or incompetent. I felt as if I was the only customer and therefore got the red carpet treatment. "I have placed a number of orders through BMP and they have all been fantastic.
It seems like there is only Andy doing all the customer support, so I don't know how they have the time to be so quick and thorough with responses but they do.
Every question I've had has been answered in a timely manner and every order has come either on time or a day or so early.
The product has always been reliable and good quality; there have been a couple of instances where they emailed me to let me know a mistake I made, something a less company could have waved off as my own fault and not their responsibility (which is true, but thank goodness they are better than me).
Truly couldn't be happier with a company for this."

"When I do business with a company, I expect a couple of things in return. First, I expect a responsive Customer Service department, at least within 24 hours of my query, which should be easy. An automated reply does not count, especially when it is followed by nothing. I attempted to contact Blank Media twice during the order process and received nothing in return except for an automated reply bot. The reason I attempted to contact Blank Media was because I wanted the order held for a couple of weeks, as I was called out of town on business. I didn't want my digipaks sitting outside, and in the rain. Of course, this is what happened, and they sat outside in the rain for days.
Second, I expect some representation of quality. Does the product look acceptable? This also should be easy for a company to incorporate, but once again, there is little sign of Quality Control. I ordered 50 4-panel CD digipaks. Out of the 50, more than half (25+) had "hair" or some type of fiber embedded under the clear tray. Against a black background, random hair under a clear tray is an eyesore. There is no way these digipaks should have escaped even the most liberal of quality checks. Random hair embedded in the product? Come on.
I am going to pursue a different company for my music packaging in the future. "

It turned out well: a good print job turned around on time. They have helpful, accessible customer service. The only glitch was that I uploaded a PDF file to be added to the audio CD content; ideally, they would have flagged that request and notified me that it couldn't be done. Instead I discovered this on delivery. I consider it "lessons learned"."
