When I finally placed my order, he patiently guided me through the process, helped me to make adjustments and changes to my artwork, sending along new proofs quicker than lightning. And at no time did I feel rushed or incompetent. I felt as if I was the only customer and therefore got the red carpet treatment. "The online page had a design tab for making Templates. I clicked on to use it and saw it was not currently available. I had to get many friends over to finally make one with a paint app from microsoft. What was so frustrating I had to pay for the cds before I could send the design. It was not user friendly. "
