"Amazing, just amazing... From the time I found BMP and called and started asking questions, Andy was amazing. Patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, proficient... the list goes on. When I finally placed my order, he patiently guided me through the process, helped me to make adjustments and changes to my artwork, sending along new proofs quicker than lightning. And at no time did I feel rushed or incompetent. I felt as if I was the only customer and therefore got the red carpet treatment. Now I know, that I am NOT the only customer, but that's the kind of service Blank Media Printing offers. My product(s) were delivered quicker than I anticipated and I could not have been any happier with the quality. "Placed an order for the vinyl cds and sleeves. After checkout, I had an issue with my artwork fitting the template. I sent an email about the issue and they replied almost immediately. They provided assistance with fitting the images accordingly. After that, I received updates on production status and shipping. Everything arrived neatly and was the professional quality that I had hoped for. I highly recommend them to anyone who is independently distributing their music, but doesn’t want to break the bank."
