"I paid for and submitted artwork, but noticed that it looked like there was their instructions for size on template seemed to be showing on the tiny preview thumbnail. I didn't want to finalize it til I heard back from them. So far after 2 weeks, still no response from them. I'm thinking of asking for a refund."
