"Being average or below at computer literacy, I found it stressful to navigate the printing portion of their site. Shouldn't be at the very end either in my opinion. What if I make a mistake (on a 2500 cd purchase) and end up clicking "buy" for something I screwed up? Also, couldn't figure out how to get my blank audio copied onto the cd's I purchased. Seems too many requirements and special forms to fill out. Maybe just provide a 'job number' then mail the master audio with a request. Will use them again as my work requires that fellow staff members keep abreast of events, and the professional looking cd's are the way to go for us (replaces bulletins and newsletters). Maybe with continued use of the site, my navigation skills will improve. It took patience on my part, but on following the instructions, I was able to get what I wanted for the most part. Again, considering it was my first time using the site, I suppose if I could figure it out (navigate it) others can as well. Pure genius lies not in complexity, but in simplicity. Otherwise, very satisfied with the end result. Five stars here!"

"Everything came in looking perfect and at a great price. Only issue is the Blu-ray case inserts were about 1/16 an inch to long to fit into a normal case. Other than that, great!"

"I wish the price was a little better for small runs, especially since certain things have really illogical pricing. It's literally cheaper to make 50 CDs than to make 49, or even 35, and by quite a bit. My only other complaint is that the "Professional Quality" CDs have a blue tinge to the data side which is unlike the standard silver metalic look you find on regular pressed CDs for musical artists. But overall the quality of the materials is excellent, the paper products I got to go along with my CDs were cut to perfection and the delivery was surprisingly fast considering I'm on the opposite side of the country. My only real nag was that their templates CD inserts and Tray Backs were incorrect: they were only in PDF format and not already in the correct dimensions AND when I tried to scale them, they were ever-so-slightly off. It didn't affect my final product because I know what I'm doing but someone less versed in Photoshop would have a hard time. "
