"I didn't know about this site, and I wanted to give it a try. I bought a hoody that I paid $35 for. When I received it, the material used was of bad quality, and the colour had nothing to do with the one I was expecting from the image.
I contacted their support service, which was very responsive and polite. Nevertheless, it was clear the return was for me to cover. I'm from Toronto, and the item needed to go back to Mississauga, which is next door. But the return cost me more than $20!
I learned my lesson and will never use the site again.

"ROB is a smart mouth who refuses to help. I asked for a supervisor and he kept saying "noppe, nope, nope" after there was an issue with my $600 order. These people are crooks and im contacting my bank for a chargeback"
"When I was starting my business I didn't know what to even start with. When I called I was surprised to get a live person that sat on the phone with me and went over different brands and what was the best and what was not.
When I got my order they had sent my a wrong color. When I called in they apologized and sent me a new shirt no problem. They even said go ahead and keep the shirt.
I have used them for the past 4 years and will for a long time."

"Good prices & fast shipping but their return policy is almost worthless. After you pay the original shipping and the return shipping, you're getting so little for the shirts you send back it's not worth it. Seems like it's designed to discourage returns."

-Prices are reasonable
-They do allow returns(supposedly)
-Shipping is expedient
The Negative:
-Know that they only allow positive reviews on their website! Comments must be approved and every negative review I've given of an item disappears while my numerous positive comments are posted. I cannot excuse this policy...it is misleading and dishonest.
-While they do allow returns, they handle these quite flippantly. You must call in and tell them what you are returning, they send you return authorization and you pay shipping to return item(s). During my phone call, the woman was quite irritated that I had more than one item to return and hurried through the call and said just to mail it back in with the return authorization. I highlighted items on my order and put a copy in with the return to make sure it was easy to decipher on the long list of items I ordered. I was given a return refund but for different items than I actually returned and for a slightly less amount than I was due. I decided to cut my losses. "
"Astounding service ! I had 13 different shirts in my first order all different colors and various vendors, and uncommon size. Not only was everything in stock (their site indicates what is in stock) the order arrived in about 2 days and I was expecting 3 weeks because it was very low priced clothing. Wow. It was immaculately folded evenly, and in a box complete with the packers slip for quality assurance. Amazing. The prices are so low and the inventory of colors and fabrics was very impressive. They are geared for huge orders, but my little 13 shirt order was treated as if i was a treasured client. Thank you Blank Shirts ! Even if my rapid turnaround is not the norm, I will still remember the happy experience."
