"I have ordered from them a couple of times in the past, previously without problems. The last order had 3 items, two were shipped quickly, the third was never shipped. They have not responded to two e-mails, and a phone call gets a recorded "mailbox is full" message. Browsing the CDfreaks.com site, this seems to be a typical experience: sometimes they are ok, but when there is a problem, they just ignore it and do not reply to any communications."

Seller is evasive about questions on what he sells, rarely responds to questions about products sold and when he does gives misleading information (more concerned over the sale)

I ordered a spindle of 50 printable media and had phoned the seller on several occasion to ask him what media code they use and he assured me that they were RICOH, Grade A media and not RITEK. I have placed the order, paid by e-mail money transfer, and got my order the next day. After inspecting the media code they turned out to be RITEK and not the promised RICOHJPN - Seller got agressive and rude and did not prove to be helpful. Switch & bait tactics - unreliable seller - evasive - lies about products being GRADE A quality - over charges shipping when ordering multiple items instead of charging by weight, rude responses by e-mail. Have not purchased from there ever since. Seller puts "GRADE A" on most items he sells including the generic brand media, Dysan, Prodisc and Ritek, which in reality are known to be cheap, C grade, unreliable media with high error rates.
