"If you purchase anything from this company via their website ..please be sure you don't have to return it. I ordered a simple pair of jeans that I regret. First, on their website they advertised the pair I wanted as a " boyfriend " style. When my order arrived, I received a pair that looked and fit completely different than what I ordered..because they were. They were a " straight fit "..which I would never order. I emailed CS and they told me to take a pic of them and the invoice which I did. I sent them back a few days after receiving them ..in the meantime a CS rep called and told me that they had not sent me the wrong pair, that these were the " old boyfriend " style that the used to carry before they had the ones I ordered ?? but still..that is not what I ordered..why not just tell me they didn't have what I originally ordered? they did not even look the same..I have gone round and round ..even posting on their FB page ..finally some one responded to that asking me to email them..when I did..it was a bad email address. It has been a month and they have not refunded my money. Any time I have emailed them it takes days to get a response. they are truly the worst company ever to deal with..they borderline on being crooks. "
