"I purchased items for 500$ received receipt and tracking number but no items already waiting for my order more than 1 month. I contacted the supplier no answer. "I bought one of their items, installed it in a home and a few weeks later it failed. I called them, was able to get someone on the phone, he told me what I needed, even though I was skeptical about it, they charged me, said it was leaving warehouse that day, didn't arrive for about 3 weeks, and guess what, it was the wrong part. Now I try calling them everyday, all times of the day, and no one answers. Now I have to do the job again for the customer, for free, cause it's under warranty. "Ordered a three-piece set of Snap-On/Blue point 1/4" hex ratchets. Several days later, I received an extremely light envelope via USPS. Opened the package to find an empty bubble pack from which the wrenches had been removed. Nice.
Still fighting for refund and will dispute charges with credit card. Shipping weight of envelope shows wrenches were not in the envelope.

"We ordered from them in July of 2014. Only half of our order came in, the other half was on backorder. We called to cancel the other part, as we needed the item right away. They said it was cancelled and we forgot about it until 3 months later when we were sent the part that we no longer needed. At that point we realized we had never received a refund, so we contacted them and they quickly sent us a return shipping label and said the refund would be processed when the item was returned. Still no refund and numerous contacts have been ignored and it is way too late to dispute the charge. Never again!!!"

I have called numerous times, and each time did not get a valid answer and was told to hold. They are a scam. They do not answer emails or return calls. They charged my credit card and I will be filing a claim against them through several sources. DO NOT BUY FROM BLASTLINE. If you want call them at ***-***-**** and inquire about any order."
"Placed an order on 10/25. Received an email that it shipped FedEX on 10/27. My maintenance department called tody, 11/08 still looking for the hoses. So, I went to their site and pulled up my order, then went to Fedex to track. The tracking number given by Blastline is invalid. So, I call them. Customer service sounds like it is outsourced. I can barely understand, but I get enough to hear that they are shipping today due to "problems" with the order. My credit card was charged on 10/25. So, I ask to speak to a manager and ask for my shipping charges to be credited as no one let me know that it didn't actually ship. I was told, "No." According to the manager, it was on backorder. I explained that had I known, we could have gotten it elsewhere. He said, "Well, you couldn't have got it at a cheaper price. So, if you don't like our service, try and find it cheaper somewhere else."
Please do not buy from them. I have a feeling that even after I cancelled the order after their rudeness, I will not see a credit without going through the credit card company."
