"Placed order 2748 on 10/23/11 and my credit card was charged when the order was placed. Four months later, Blastline never shipped my order and does not answer emails or phone calls. They do not answer their phone - it always rings 4 times and goes to voicemail - which then gives a mailbox full error message.
Do not do business with them. It is not clear whether they are incompetent at customer service or whether they are an outright fraud. Regardless, charging a customer's credit card and not shipping or responding 4 months later is in violation of their credit card processor's rules."
