Great Company & Customer Service!

"Very pleased with our experience! The owner, Cheri was extremely knowledgeable when I had several questions prior to ordering. The blinds shipped in amazing condition (packaged carefully to prevent scratching and damage) and shipped much quicker than expected! Great customer service and quality blinds. Would highly recommend."

Good repeat experiences for me

"I’ve ordered several blinds. They were great with spec help I needed for some difficult windows. They seem to always answer the phone and are friendly. Had one small issue and they let me place what they call an oops policy remake which was nice because it was totally my error. They also remade a damaged blind for me promptly. They don’t offer free returns but I knew this when I ordered because their prices are really low. "

Don't make a mistake! I ordered Bali 2" Faux Wood Blinds from this company because I had ordered Bali 2" Faux Wood Blinds from Amazon. Same company (Bali) and name (Bali 2"Faux Wood Blinds) but different blind completely. One textured the other flat. Called the week of the purchase and no one returned my call. When I finally emailed them, no dice. I guess a blind from the same company with the same name is no guarantee it will be the same blind and that's my tough luch. By the way, Home Depot WILL take them back. Be careful with this company.

Came as ordered, no complaints here!

"I ordered a number of shades from this company and was very satisfied with the shades that came and the service. I have a house full of custom faux wood blinds and every one of them fit. I made an error on my valances and did not order the return option they offered by accident. The woman I spoke to at their 1-800 number sent me all new valances with returns at no charge. I was very impressed with their product and going that extra mile. "

"I ordered blinds for approximately 20 windows from blindsexpress.com. I entered in my actual inside mount window frame measurements, which they state that they are supposed to deduct 3/8" from. They ended up shipping me generic window blinds and valences (not valence returns) that required cutting by me. They have been incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the entire ordeal. I am now having to go through the credit card company to get my money back from these scammers that ADVERTISE CUSTOM BLINDS, BUT SHIP YOU GENERIC ONE SIZE FITS ALL BLINDS. Attached is a sample valence that they shipped me for a 58 7/8" inputted dimensions for an inside mount blind that came nearly 62". The company is telling me that the order was made correctly and that the valence that covers the blind rail should be an outside mount for an inside mounted blind with plenty of room on the inside to mount a properly cut valence. The other thing is I received the same sized valence of nearly 62" for many different sized windows and the largest inputted window width was 58 7/8", so the company clearly screwed up somewhere. Rather than fix the issue, they have been nothing but rude and giving me the run around and fighting me even on the credit card dispute. I have ordered and installed blinds from online blind retailers on 9 other occassions for rental properties. I am very familiar with the process, never had any issues, and have never seen someone ship 1 size fits all blinds and valences while charging custom blind prices. The owner, Constance Chiacchierini, is nothing but a scammer. She will ship you one size fits all blinds and valences for various window sizes and tell you to cut them yourself while advertising that they are custom. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!"

"Great products, prices and customer service. Had a question that I posted in the comments section when I ordered about their standard valence and got a reply email the next day with an attached picture of it. Also had some questions about measuring and they held the order until they called me back and reconfirmed that I mesaured right."
