The blinds were easy to install and look great. My only minor complaint is that I never received an email stating when the blinds were shipped and their tracking number but once I sent an email requesting this information my reply arrived within an hour or two. Excellent customer service and the blinds were almost half the price of anywhere else I found and shipping was free which is a huge savings."

"I am very happy with my purchase. I think I saved quite a bit of money for a pretty comparable product. The blinds came earlier than expected and were packaged well. I am a bit disappoointed at the headrail, there was only one picture online, and it looks bigger than it actually is. We had to hang one blind twice, but install was straightforward after we figured it out (we had to install clips further in than directions stated for headrail to fit properly)."
