"The blinds basically work, but with a few problems.
The instructional video clearly advises to be sure the wide flange on the side panels be placed on the lower side, yet when the blinds arrived, the instructions were different, and the design on the pieces clearly made that impossible. I had to shim in the side panels to keep the blind from falling out.
The tension adjustment is difficult and not very clear. It makes the blinds difficult to close completely."
