"Got my order exactly when the website said it would be delivered. The blinds looked great, fit perfectly, and were relatively easy to install. I ordered 7 blinds and two of them had internal parts (shafts with small pulleys) that had fallen out, both were packed in a box that looked like it took a beating from FedEx. Luckily, they were packed well enough that there was no visible damage and I was able to re-install the parts myself. I will likely order again from BlindsFirst within the next 3 months."

"The web ordering process was a bit frustrating. You have some issues in the blind selection that need to be made more clear to the customer. Specifically, for Honeycomb shades there is no clear differentiation between light blocking and translucent in the initial selection screen. Also, various mounting options and associated brackets should be made more clear in the ordering phase. Otherwise my experience was very good. the customer service reps. I spoke with were knowledgeable and polite."
