"There were some blinds that were dent and scratched. But for the price I wasn't expecting them to all be in great condition. It does the job and I can cover the defects with a curtain. I guess I could have complained and try to get them replaced, but I didn't want to go through the hassle. Overall the majority came out good. Still haven't open the largest blind we ordered. If there is an issue with that one, I will have to try and get it exchanged, because it'll be used on the face window of the house, so hopefully it's one of the good ones. "
