There was no instruction that states that they will reduce the size for an outside mount (mind you I read the instruction very carefully). Then we we called the only way they will replace is if we pay for the shipping. It wasn't fair because its their mistake and I had to pay for it."

"The website said that the blinds take around 5-7 days, after almost two weeks of not seeing any update to my order (when I would look at the status it always said "in progress") I emailed customer service to find out what was going on. They replied and told me only that my order was still in progress and that I would receive an email when it ships. Low and behold my order showed up at my house the next morning. I was happy to get my order, but not happy with how long it took and also that the customer service dept. had no clue that it had even shipped or was even ready to be shipped. I like the product itself, and if their website was just up front and honest that it takes 2 weeks, I would have been fine with that, I just don't like the fact that they push this 5-7 day turn around and then don't even update your order status to shipped, when it actually has.
