"The original order was not correct. I ordered the shades to open in the middle and not on one side. After speaking to a customer service person the shades were replaced . A $ 15.00 fee was added but at least I a have working shades.

I ordered my blinds/shades on a Friday and Monday morning I received an e-mail from customer service stating that they noticed I had not ordered color samples and asked if I would like them sent prior to producing the order. Very impressed with the product as well and my husband liked the easy installation. Only problem I had was I didn't order the valance for the vertical blinds as it stated it was standard without. But have since worked with customer service to get them and finish off the look. Overall, great customer service and great products!"
