"My initial blinds didn't fit because I submitted the most narrow width measurement (as the measurement instructions directed). Unfortunately, this meant that the final width of the actual blinds ended up being too narrow for the top of my window, which was wider than the bottom. FYI- it's fine to use the most narrow measurement if the bottom part of your window is wider than the top because the bottom of the blinds doesn't attach to anything. Since the top of the blinds attaches to the sides of the window sill, it's important to use a width measurement closer to that of the top of your window if the top is wider than the bottom of your window.

I was able to work with customer service to get a new set of blinds sent out, but when I received the second set, the factory had used an incorrect measurement. I spoke with customer service again and they had a final set of blinds sent out with the correct measurement. I was not charged for the shipping of the 3rd set of blinds.

Throughout the process, customer service was really helpful-- even calling me back to suggest a valance that would work better with my arrangement. I am very pleased with the quality, price, and final look of my new blinds!"

"I like the way the blinds look. First time I ordered, the biggest blind was short and wouldn't fit the window it was intended for. I was lucky it did fit another window that was smaller in another room. I re-ordered the size I needed and ask that Blindster check the size before shipping. Again the blind was short. My husband was able to work with the 1/2 inch difference. Employees were nice. Delivered in a short time. They need to add 1/2 mark on there tape measurer!! and pay more attention to the size being ordered. I forgot to rate and my review is showing five stars. I give it four (4) stars!!"
