"Highly recommend blindster.com. The window frame was a little tapered from the edge to the window so the valence didn't fit as well as the blinds. I called them up and they sent out a new valence free of charge. Very impressed with their customer service!"

"The ordering was great, the info on their site showed me how to measure, the blinds came in good time, the quality is very good.... however, the blinds are 1/4" too wide. I had a construction worker come in and re-measure, he got the same measurement that I had. He had tried to install the blinds and we were both shocked to find the 'metal boxes' to attach for the blinds to hook into. We both had assumed brackets would come to install in the top of the window. It is the metal box that prevents the blinds from fitting correctly. We can't use them like this."
