"I've placed two separate orders with Blindster. I would have not ordered a second time if I were not so satisfied with my first order. Blindster went out of their way to ask if I wanted to see color samples before sending the order to be made. I assured I had samples and mentioned that my first order did seem to have a small flaw but I could live with it. Regardless, they asked for a picture and within a very short time frame had sent a replacment. My only complaint is I have no other windows that need covering."
