Upon mis-measuring my first order (according to their specifications) and submitting the order online, they replaced the order for the cost of shipping only. I discovered It is better to give the measurements by phone to a customer service agent who will help you adjust the measurements accordingly.

The second order had a minor flaw. I informed Blindster of the flaw; was asked to take pictures of the flaw, and send it to them, which I did. They replaced the flawed blind at no cost to me.

These blinds are superior in construction to those provided my local home improvements stores. I would not hesitate to order from BLINDSTER again.
