"I attempted to purchase a screen for my laptop. The version of screen that I purchased matches the model number of my laptop exactly. This is important info.
This laptop has two different screen options. The pin layout, connector, and motherboard are identical. To note, I've been repairing my own devices for years and I used to be a repair tech for cell phones.
At first I tried eBay. Unfortunately I made the mistake of asking them a question and telling them that I planned to swap my screen on a laptop that came with the other version (which as I mentioned is the exact same, just a different panel technology). They cancelled my order. I showed them a screenshot FROM ASUS, the manufacturer, who confirmed that it was compatible, and they told me it would be a fire hazard. LOL, that's not remotely true.
Finally I told them my model number, and they asked for my specs. Then they blocked me on eBay. I attempted to purchase on their website (since it's cheaper anyway), and they put my order on hold and then called me to say it was cancelled because they "weren't comfortable".
They aren't comfortable shipping a screen that is meant for my laptop? It's unfortunate that this is the only company selling this screen.
The OEM themselves declared it as compatible, Bliss' own website declares it as compatible, and the only reason they are denying my order is because I happened to mention on eBay that I'm swapping the panel.
For more context, I have the Asus X16 3060. This exact laptop has two screen options, the IPS and the Mini LED. Mine happened to ship with the IPS and I wanted to swap it for the Mini LED. Considering there are already other X16s with the Mini LED, I'm surprised they haven't caught on fire. LOL.
I've repaired hundreds of screens over my life (considering it used to be my job). I feel like this was more a personal vendetta against me because of the eBay exchange, and the fact that they blocked me from buying anything at all confirms this."
"Took my money as well and refused to give it back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Terrible customer support too and we are a repair company. "
"They are UNHELPFUL, and argue with you about everything. They wanted pictures of the defective and we sent them then they said BUY ANOTHER ONE. I DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND THEM."
"I ordered a touchscreen for my Lenovo Laptop. I tried installing it myself (mistake) and damaged the power button. As a result, the computer sat for a few months before I brought it to someone for repair. Which they did. All worked well except that the touchscreen did not work. I purchased a new screen off Amazon and when I went to replace the non-functioning touchscreen I noticed that the part number did not match what I ordered. Bliss would not refund me what I paid because they said it was beyond the 30 day return period. Even though they had sold me the wrong screen. "
"To Make a Long Story Short: I ordered the correct LCD screen online that that I am looking for. When I received it, it was a different screen and completely different specs, the one I bought was 17" 300Hz, I received 17" 240Hz. Of course it's not suitable for my laptop
I sent it back, it took a long time for me to receive the money in my Paypal and was deducted about 1/2 of the amount I paid them.
Proof is Invoice# 44584
The monitor I bought is LQ173M1JW03 (300hz), I paid a total of $222.58 USD and the monitor I received is B173HAN05.2 (240Hz), they returned me only $126 USD.
This is a deal I can't believe it's this bad"
"Experience was great, they called to make sure it was the matching serial for part, then i got the replacement screen in 3 days. No problems with the replacement at all, nicely packaged A++"
"Ordered a screen that was DOA and after returning they claimed they could not reproduce the issue so I was charged a restocking fee and I had to pay return shipping. It was so obvious the email from their RMA department was a template I doubt anyone ever looked at it. And another person is going to be swindled again with the same defective screen. Someone needs to investigate this company. "
"Terrible experience with this company. Received a different LCD than what I wanted. It was different than what was listed on the purchase order. Got image but no touch. Called to verify and was told that the part I received should work. I tried to explain that my old LCD has touch but not the one I received. Did everything posible from reinstalling drivers and windows but no luck. At the end, had to do a RMA which I had to pay for the shipping and a penalty of 20% restocking fee. Not even an apology for sending a different part. What's the point of doing business like this when basically the customer is responsible for everything even after receiving a different product. Very unhappy dealing with this company that only focuses on making gains no matter what. Total waste of time and money. Bad business policies. Ordered screen I wanted somewhere else and everything is working."
"Went well until they decided to cancel the order with no warning after i did not respond immediately. No one there knows what time zones are either. The customer rep was very rude to boot. Stay away from them if you have no other choice.
The invoice # is all 1's as the experience did not get that far."
"Bought 4 graphic card and didnt ship. Refund from Lazada also after 3 days didnt refund. Total dishonest seller. Its a scam seller"
"WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! They sent you a wrong item, doesn't matter what, even after you confirmed with them the SN and the parts # of the screen before they dispatched.... Then when you return it back, you will be surprised that they charge you a restocking and shipping fees. SCAM STAY AWAY"
"I have been shopping at BLISS COMPUTERS since the day they opened. I just checked out some wireless headphones with magnetic grips for $30 to use in my car, on my motorcycle, or sitting at my laptop. I bought a refurbished laptop from BLISS COMPUTERS five months ago. I always buy local or online. "
"If I could have given zero stars, I would have. When you call about returning items they don't give you all the details for one and you also pay return shipping. I asked the employee would I receive a full refund and she told me yes. I called when I noticed I didn't my full refund and the manager tells me they send out all details with the tracking number when they ship. Nobody looks at the tracking number unless they don't receive their item. I said if that was the case I'd have kept the screen instead of losing money sending it back. The manager tells me I can't get my money back, even though his employee made in error in not telling me everything when asked. Don't purchase from them unless you have to because they are a sorry excuse for a company when they make an error."
"STAY AWAY, SAVE YOURSELVES. The company is a complete scam. They outright lie about the products they are selling. They shipped me a completely different brand than advertised. I paid over 60 dollars on shipping charges (both ways). They said they'll pay for the return shipment. Asked me to send the receipt. I did. They didn't pay. I wrote them a million emails, never a response. I called them several times over the course of 3 weeks. They said they processed the the refund. Never got the money. Called again. They said "oh there was a mistake we'll process the refund again", but never got the money. Called again. They said the same lies. Eventually gave up. They are seriously a shameless company.. They go by different names: Bliss computers, Browngranite. They get terrible reviews everywhere (except of course suspicious self reviews). There are serious reasons to believe that all the five stars are from fake accounts they created. For further evidence look here (It's been obvious to others as well):

They either get 1 star or 5 stars (usually right after a 1 star review, strictly countering the reasons of the 1 star reviewer, like a dialogue) They are certainly more than capable of doing that."
"Great Service, Great Product, Smooth Transaction, Fast Delivery.
Really Great!!"
