"THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY. BEWARE!!! I ordered a necklace on 11/16 for Christmas. On 12/8 I got a notification that it shipped. By 12/21 I still had not recieved the necklace and contacted the company. First of all, the toll free number is a scam. No one answers the phone, immediately goes to vocicmeail. Someone responds via email sending me my USPS tracking information. I click on the link provided and review a notification from the post office that the package was never shipped. I respond; asking someone to please call me and I get an email back saying she is sorry, they looked into it and are refunding my money because they are having problems with their designer shipping packages. I should expect a refund in 3 to 5 days. It is 2 days before Christmas and they are just realizing this now??!?!?!? THIS WAS A $230 NECKLACE. NOT SOME CHEAP LITTLE THING. They refuse to have a human call me, too much to ask. Now its 2 days before Christmas, I am out $230 and I have no gift. What a disgraceful company!!!! BEWARE!!!! I only gave 1 star because the site does not allow you to give no stars. I should have read the reviews first. So many other people have experienced the same problems. Terrible company. "

"Placed an order 2 1/2 weeks before a wedding. They charge card and I call 5 days later for a status updated, customer service cannot give me a status updated or a projected delivery date, so I tell them to cancel the order as I need it by 7/25. They cannot cancel an order and must put in a "ticket." Then receive an email that it cannot be canceled if it is in production and that it won't ship until 7/31? How does the company not know if it is in production and why if it is in production would it take an additional 9 days to ship? It's a beverage tub! Useless customer service and a nightmare to deal with as they quickly take your money but can give no status update. Will never order from them again."
