"100% a terrible experience with this company. Ordered some post cards online and uploaded a vector file. Once that was uploaded their website sent me a proof. Once we received the order someone had intentionally misspelled a word on the card. Contacted the company via chat and spoke with two different persons there who had no idea what a vector file was, and that their website creates a jpg proof for you. They refused to make it right, or admit they messed up this print job, and had to get paypal involved to get a refund. Don't read their fake reviews on their website and avoid at all cost."

"What a nightmare! Placed order Tuesday June 22. Online it says "Finishes print on or before Wednesday,June,23, and ships out the following business day." They have 5 statuses of orders. Today June 28 my order still says "In Print". You absolutely can not talk to a live person. You try calling and it tells you to use their web-site. They say emails are answered within 2 - 20 minutes. I have sent 3 and not one has been answered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
