"Literally some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced online. The company misrepresented their product photographically, and then advised me to dye the item in order to transform it to the color I thought I was getting. Once I followed their instructions -- thus basically destroying the item -- they refused to refund my money. When I told them I'd report them to the site on which they were selling, they tried to intimidate me by threatening to report *me.* Ultimately, the site refunded my money -- so after a significant amount of hassle, it worked out. But no thanks to these clowns."
"It was only one day late, to be fair. But it also arrived broken. At first I thought it was the post office's fault. But the damaged was so tightly wrapped, it had to be on Block Buster's end. No wonder is was discounted."

"I bought a Magicians Hat through Amazon and I was charged $80 for shipping for a two delivery via USPS and on their website, they charge $50 for the same shipping. WTH!. So I find out that it only cost them $15 to ship for a two-day delivery. Talk about a RIP OFF! So when I was ordering this through Amazon, I know it was a "Prime" item and somewhere along the line it switched on me. I am not crazy enough to pay $80 for shipping. I did file a complaint with New York State Consumers Affair and hopefully, they will do something. So a $5 hot cost $80 to ship."
"When you buy a joke gift...half the fun is in the packaging. That said-- why would you mail out something that's looks like a Dunkin donuts donut hole box in a plastic bag ???..Needless to say...somehow it got crushed along the way. So now my "perfect wife blow up doll "box looks like a used gift. The box had some funny sayings on it and the handle is ripped open. $14.99 this included $4.99 for shipping....i should have gone with my first choice a Chinese food gift card ...(oh they still got the gift card ..but $15.00 less )....and yes I called Blockbuster to let them know..and yes the voice mail was FULL...I wouldn't rush to order from this company again..and I am one of the lucky ones..as some got the wrong product and never got the right one or their $$$$ back...so next time you order check the company's review records...I could have ordered this item from somewhere else for $1.00 cheaper...or $6.00 more somewhere else...but this was thru Walmart.com...oh well as I said I am lucky I got it...it was what I ordered, it came in just a few days...crushed into my mailbox...nice...and NO VLAD ...(as it says on a business card inserted in the bag)..Fulfilled by Vlad...let me know..how did I do? Well I am letting you know this should have been in a box.

"HORRIBLE !! Don't buy through this company or site ! I'm a first time (and last time) buyer of a costume from Blockbustercostumes. I bought a costume $75 it didn't fit - mailed it back the next day after I received it (getting in touch with someone for the return was horrible too - not easy at all!) shipped it back with tracking as suggested - 3wks later still never received a credit. Emailed them and they said they couldn't locate it and I had to resend all my order & returned shipping info to them - waited - waited - no credit - emailed them AGAIN. Then they credited me back $46 from my purchase price of $75!!!! I emailed them asking why so much was taken off - NO RESPONSE!!!

con: Quality of items is very exaggerated on the site's descriptions. Everything is not high quality and "deluxe" as they state. It's the average, cheap quality costume materials you'd find at a typical Halloween store.
overall: I would shop here again."
