"This is a scam site! There are no managers, no numbers to call the florist directly, and if you ask for any help they will say, “I will leave a message for the manager.”
The 1-***-***-**** number claims to be the answering service for the so-called florist. I called for a week to get information about a delivery that was never delivered, and they said, “ We refunded your money, and we do not give out free flowers.” I still wanted my flowers because it was their fault and good customer service would send free flowers. She then hung up on me. Do not call this number!!
