Three days late and had none of the purchased add ons!

"I ordered flowers for my sister's retirement party, paid extra for expedited delivery, and purchased three add-ons: greeting card, chocolates, and balloon. The company claimed the flowers were delivered on Friday (the promised date), and the flowers did not arrive until the following MONDAY after 5 PM. The flowers were drooping. There were no chocolates, no card, and no balloons. Trying to get through on their customer service number is impossible. The wait was excessive, and when the automated operator said I was next in line, it would start the wait cycle over again. NEVER use this company. Horrible."

No Show, and No Notice

"They didn't deliver the flowers, and claimed they sent a text, saying the arrangement was not available.
I never got the text.
When I called them to inquire whether the flowers were delivered, the representative said the could get it, but the local florist wanted an additional $60.00. They not only missed the birthday date, but they also wanted to extort another $60.00
Ridiculous.
Do Not Buy From Them.

Awful Service!

"My daughter and son-in-law sent me flowers for mother's day. This business texted me all day long telling me they were going to deliver the flowers, be patient, we are backed up ... blah, blah, blah - one text would have done it - no all day long! The flowers were delivered on Tuesday after mother's day at 11:30 pm and left outside my door. I was awakened by a text at 11:30 pm that the flowers were delivered. Who does this??? I went downstairs to retrieve the flowers (I live in FL - they would have died outside), the flowers were placed right in front of the door and not protected by any type of wrap or box (vase right on the concrete). When I opened the door, I knocked over the flowers, glass vase broke. The flowers were not what was ordered. Spring flowers were ordered. I received short-cut red roses which were all open and wilting and white carnations. If that was the end of the story I wouldn't feel so bad. This company continued to text and call me up until today (6/25/24) to ask if I had received the flowers! I texted back numerous times but they kept texting and calling. Today I took the time on my lunch hour to call them back and remained on hold for 20 minutes. If you don't want to send your friend, mother, sister, whoever a project and a problem ... don't use this service! If you do, they are wonderful!"

Do not use this company!

"Every bad review you are reading is correct. Ordered flowers to be delivered by 1pm same day. No flowers delivered at all, called customer service and waited 50 minutes. As soon as I was caller #1, they disconnected the call. The chat/email did not provide any support. I attempted to cancel the order on their site but it says my order number not found.
I've read on Better Business Bureau that many people have been charged but never received the services. Others received the flowers days after scheduled delivery date and they were dead. To validate that this is a valid review, here is my order number: 2648190.
I will be posting this review in as many places as possible.

Incorrect item and delivered late

"My mother ordered several plants, a balloon, and a card for me for my graduation. The packaged arrived five days late, there was no balloon, no card, and instead of several plants, there was a bouquet of flowers. My mother intentionally purchased plants for me that I could replant in the yard and not flowers because of my bad pollen allergy. Now I'm sneezing my head off and will likely have to throw the flowers away. Do not purchase from them."

Ordered for same day delivery. They told me the order was delivered and then was told several hours later the delivery was delayed one day and then the next day got an email saying due to lack of supply, they would TRY deliver in 5 days. They also are refusing to refund my money so I have to do a chargeback on my credit card. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Worst flower buying experience

"So the original flower arrangement that I picked and ordered was not available, but I did not find this out till after I placed the ordered. Actually, a couple days afterwards. So the company called and they don’t like to leave a message, they just keep calling back. They explained that they did not have that particular arrangement available. It would cost 30 dollars more and because of this, they would shoulder 15 dollars of it. So time was getting short so I agreed. The arrangement was originally suppose to be delivered on the day they started calling about the arrangement that I had first ordered. So the delivery date was set again and they would send me confirmation when it was delivered. Then when we came to that delivery date, I got an email that I needed to “ok” this order again. So I called yet again, they set the delivery date again! Then I got an email saying that my order was now cancelled. Waited a few days for a credit….no credit came so I called to find out that the cancellation email was a mistake and flowers were delivered. I will never order flowers from this company again. I have NEVER had this many problems ordering flowers! Buyer be ware!"

Not Happy with Final Product

"I ordered a planter for my son-in-law's mother who passed away. I ordered a specific one because of the violet and I thought it was pretty. The one that was sent looks nothing like the picture on the website and I am not happy with the finished product. It did not have a violet. The plants looked nothing like the website picture either. They just stuffed some cut flowers into the dirt. Also the flowers were a maroon color and they then added a purple bow. It did not match in any way. It looked terrible. I was charged $76 for it. Not a good impression. I will never order from you again. I also suggest that no one else order from you if this is the product that you send out."

Frauds, Scammers, Untruths!!!

"Ordered flowers on a Saturday preceeding a Tuesday funeral 200 miles away. TBD on that Monday. By Tuesday the flowers had NOT been delivered. Call Blossom FD and they had changed the Delivery Date without our permission and past the funeral!
Called to Cancel Order. They SAID they did and would issue a Credit via email.
THEY DID NOT!!!!
They also said they were in Delaware and they are NOT!
Have not received credit nor were flowers even delivered.
FRAUDS!!!
