"I placed order Nov 10th, received an email that my parcel shipped on Nov 18th and then I waited for a week. No tracking information, however the money had been withdrawn from my bank account. I tried to reach out to several of of their team members who simply told me "Just be patient, it's on it's way". Then I contacted DHL Express, the shipping carrier, only to discover that the merchant had given my parcel the wrong shipping carrier. It took me two weeks to get someone there to figure out what was going on. Still don't have product in hand. Very disappointing."
