"I placed an order on 12-5-13 and received only a receipt from the company. I was told it was because of the company upgrading there site from bluebeez.c to bellamoi.com. I have sent many emails asking for what I have purchase and even to show proof of purchase but after a whole the company stop responding to me even after I said I don't the product anymore just a refund. I never had a problem with bluebeez before the upgrade now the customers service is tarnished and anyone I know that ask me about them will only receive negative comments. If I do not get a response by the first week of January I will lawyer up. Customer give their hard working money products not to be scammed out of it."

Called to the customer service phone number given by Paypal, and the lady told me that I wasn't supposed to call her, and that I needed to keep on leaving messages. I just placed a claim on Paypay. Hopefuly they will refund the almost $90.00 of this order."
