"I ordered wedding gifts for the bridal party on April 2nd and havent received anything. I sent messages, left voicemails without any response from them. The 18882224185 toll free # is not is use and the direc # is some shady old guys saying leave your # and someone from customer service will get back to you. VERY DISSAPPOINTING as my wedding is less than a week and I wont have anything for the bridal party!!! Horrible Customer Service, Im thinking of reporting them to the better business bureau as I dont think its a legitimate business"

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Website indicates that they will respond within 24 hours. I paid for the 3 day delivery and sent a contact request 4 days ago and still haven't received a response or a confirmation of delivery. The toll free line is out of service and the local number is through Google Voice. This was a birthday present so obviously it was time sensitive. I've requested to cancel my order and of course, have not yet received a response. I'm not sure this is even a legitimate website company. Now I'm worried my card number is unsafe. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!"
