"They sent me a defective kindle case ( had discoloration on the leather ) and would not return my emails requesting a return. Also, conveniently they have no phone number available on their website. I would NOT recommend buying from them EVER! Also, their shipping was not easily trackable and it took longer than normal to receive."
"I used this reseller as they had a groupon. After placing the order, which shipped later than their 2-3 day "guaranteed" policy, I was missing an item from my order. I contacted them immediately, and was told the item would ship in 3 days. 5 weeks later, and multiple emails to them without ANY response, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.
DO NOT order from this company. They were missing 1 out of 3 items, and failed to deliver on their promise each time. Now, they refuse to answer any correspondence, so basically have stolen the money for this purchase. I have filed disputes with PayPal, and if they fail to reverse the charge, I am also filing with VISA. All because they simply would not make good on delivering something I paid for. Ridiculous."
"BlueHarborOnline is a scam.
BlueHarborOnline fraudulently sells "bonded leather" as genuine leather. Bonded leather is vastly inferior to genuine leather and is produced at a fraction of the cost of real leather.
When I complained to them that the "leather" product they shipped wasn't really leather, they responded by asserting that it was "bonded leather" and so they were not fraudulently advertising.
BluueHarboOnline's so-called "leather" products have the look, feel, wearability, and heft of really cheap polyurethane. I'd guess that polyurethane is at probably at least 95% of their so-called "leather."
Retailers with any sense of integrity and care about their clients and their reputation make it clear in their promotional material when they are selling bonded leather rather than genuine leather.
Wikipedia states: "There are different types of bonded leather, but the type being used on upholstered furniture today is a polyurethane or vinyl product, backed with fabric and then a layer of latex or other material mixed with a small percentage of leather fibers in the product's backing material. The actual leather content of bonded leather varies depending on the manufacturer and the quality level they are selling. The polyurethane surface is stamped to give it a leather-like texture. "
To their credit they have offered a refund for returning their product, however of course I am stuck with the shipping cost in both directions. We'll see if they make the refund.
I have rated them "very high priced" because they are selling 90%+ vinyl for the price of leather. "
"These people are scammers. They don't ever process returns but they tell you to mail the products back. They lie to you that you will get a refund but ignore all your contacts. This has happened with many people."
"very poor customer service. tried giving me the run around, then flat out refused any help. would buy merchandise from someone else if at all possible,"
"Fast shipping, decent price, item exactly as described - brand new in sealed box. I will certainly do business with them again. Thank you!"
