Their website stated that the batteries were made in Japan. However, they are not. Instead they were made from China.

Secondly, I asked for a 1100mAh battery cell. Bluenook delivered a 1500mAh battery instead.

This has led me to believe that Bluenook is not being honest with their customers.

MARC from Blue Nook responded to my direct online query as well as reacted to my post on ResellerRatings.

I am pleased with his excellent post-sale service and his sincere admission that on hindsight, Blue Nook should have informed me that my order is out-of-stock before sending out a replacement product.

He has also promised that his company will honour the quality of the batteries sent. My faith in Blue Nook is restored by his sincerity and professionalism in sharing my concerns as a customer."
