"I bought a spare battery BP208 for my Canon camcorder. The order arrived very promptly within 2 days. But then I could not fit the battery inside the camera, I sent an email to BlueNook on Saturday morning and was not expecting any reply but to my surprise Marc from BlueNook called almost immediately and he patiently heard about my issue and agreed to have new battery shipped. Based on the professionalism and his genuine concern I ended up ordering another battery in addition to the replacement batter. The new battery arrived in next couple of days as promised.

Ordered the H-300 LCD Hood last Friday night (late)... it is in my hands Monday afternoon at 3:30PM CST...!! Incredible delivery time from CA to the OKC area..! Hood fits my Panasonic AG-DVC7 like a glove. Will be back to research other products you are offering and to do business again.
