Excellent Customer Service

"I called the Blue Ridge team to discuss the Mini Split that I bought for my remote office on 3 separate occasions. The fist was during the prep work I was performing before installation, the second was during installation and the third was after the unit was installed to troubleshoot some vibration noise I was hearing in the unit 6 months after install. Hands down, the knowledge, patience and care that the customer service team is a 5 star experience. Please do not change. As companies get popular they often times loose this touch and that would be a shame. I would recommend this unit and team over any of the big brand names. The vibration issues were simply resolved by cleaning my interior filter. Thanks for all the support. I would recommend the Blue Ridge Mini Split units and customer service to anyone. Happy New year!"
