"In my experience with Blue Soda Promo, I've found that the customer service representatives provide genuine feedback regarding the best products for your needs and budget. I recently placed an order for stemless wine glasses for my mother's 50th birthday, and the products exceeded expectations! Everyone was asking me where I got the glasses from! Not only was it super easy to place an order with my account manager, but they were also very knowledgeable on the best wine glasses for my needs. I was beyond impressed and would definitely use them again! "
"Just ordered from them for the first time and will definitley be using them again - their products and customer service are great! I have never been so impressed by customer service...I had so many questions as it was my first order and felt like I was driving my salesperson crazy and he was so polite and didn't make me feel like a bother at all. Besides answering all of my questions, he even educated me on things I would have never thought about that made a huge difference in my order."
"Blue Soda Promo uses misleading practices and has ZERO customer service. I called the representative Tim Lavin and asked about a Poly-Clear 30 oz plastic sports bottle. My questions were "Will the top leak and is the spout adequate to use as a shaker?" He personally led me away from that product and recommended another product. We approved the proof and upon receiving our shakers were immediately disappointed. The cap broke off of the first shaker out of the box. The logo is 20% smaller in length and 33% smaller in height than the approved proof. I wrote and sent pictures to complain and received a response saying that the cap is supposed to come off for the dishwasher and they have a 5% rule. They offered me 10% off of the next order. I wrote them back and said that the paper that is delivered in each and every bottle specifically states COMPONENTS ARE NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. That line is BS. Again it was broken before I even filled it. I was not informed about a 5% rule. However I will explain that 4/8 inches as shown in the second picture is 20% of 2 3/8 inches as approved in the proof and 1/4 is 33% of 3/4 inches as approved in the proof. No where near the 5% that you are touting. I was shown and approved a proof and I expected to get something as close to possible to that proof. Further we have had 3 clients commented on how these bottles were unappealing. I am asking that you reconsider your decision to not compensate me for your misleading practices and this inferior product. He called me stating that his meaning has gotten lost in the text however I am insisting that we resolve this in writing. That way no one can say that something was said that was not said. I have not heard from them since."
