"i was a little hesitant at first because i found this company solely by researching around the internet. i read a decent amount of 5-star reviews and decided to take a chance. first of all -- when i contacted their support team via email, the staff was more than happy to go back and forth with me to help put together the best looking image for my company stickers. their responses were always quick and polite. there was a slight mixup with my delivered items (that could very well have been my fault) and when i contacted support to let them know, they listened to my concerns and were VERY understanding. other companies might have given me the "tough luck" type attitude but BBP actually sent out my order AGAIN the very next day with the corrections i mentioned made. i can't say enough good things about their customer service. i encourage anyone with concerns before placing an official order to contact their support team because they did a great job making me feel comfortable. superb company and stellar training!!"
