"100% recommended. I installed this baby on a P4 2.80 Ghz with 1Gb RAM and GNU/Linux Fedora 11 XFCE and it just worked, I didn't have to compile anything or download any driver or kernel tweeking. I booted the system and it was working, period.
I put it to work with Zoneminder and they got along great. The cameras are these old syscom/epcom and they worked like a charm.

"Although there was originally some delay in getting my order processed - the sales staff was easy to get in touch with and extremely helpful. The cameras (ACTi 4ACM-4201s) arrived in brand new, perfect condition. The order was exactly as expected. (this is always a concern of mine when ordering online from a store I've never used before). As far as the camera go - I'm happy with their performance so far. Though setup was not as straight forward as expected. In particular, these camera do not save settings unless you explicitly save and reboot the camera. A bit of a pain, but after a little while the setting never change...
