"I also had a very bad experience with these guys. Nothing they told me was ever true! I was told my package shipped, it never did. I was told many times that I would receive my $200 refund after I cancelled, I never did. I was very patient with this company and was taken advantage of. Now their website is down and they do not respond to emails. I hope that they are out of business and that nobody else gets scammed again. Lesson learned, BUY FROM TRUSTED SITES ONLY!"
"I ordered a Philips Clock Radio to be sent to my son at College in another state.
In September I went to visit him - saw a cheap RCA Clock Radio in his room - asked him about it - he said it was the one I sent. I said "no way" I had ordered a Philips like his sister's with the good sound.
Immediately contacted Bluegrass. They were very nice and said they would ship out the Philips right away and to keep the RCA. Over 3 weeks have passed - my son has not received the Philips I ordered and paid for."
"Warning ! Avoid ! - waited nearly a month and items were never shipped. Cheap prices are meaningless if products are never shipped. In correspondence they seemed like nice folks so I'm not sure why they couldn't ship. Nor did they offer any explanation. "
"These guys are something else. After they sent me the wrong color, I returned the product promptly. they kept promising they'd send me the correct product or a refund. On 9/24/2010, I finally got my refund. In between those times, I filed a complaint with the better business bureau, threatened to send letters to the London, KY city council, and local police, and left perhaps 30 messages on a phone they NEVER answer. this company is a joke. "I purchased a talon SS (air rifle) and received a Talon.
I decided to keep the Talon and got a refund which happened to be in store credit.
I purchased a spare tank, which would not seat properly in my gun (spoke with airforce about it too -possibly a lathe issue) and I returned the tank for a new one.
I never heard back from the company after I shipped the tank and they received it. After a week and two unanswered emails I was told that the tank was in route. I never received a credit for shipping the tank -they said they would reimburse me.
I purchased an airforce bipod partially with my store credit and recieved an email that it had shipped. Today I received an email that the order was canceled and I would receive a full refund (not including the store credit).
I have no tank and no credit. These guys promise the world and deliver nothing. I don't want to be that person who takes this court -we have enough of that crap in our society but this behavior can't go without recourse.

"Ordered on July 27, 2010, and said it was shipped on July 30, 2010 but it is more than 2 week and there is still no delivery. Asked for tracking number, they never provide it nor answer the message/email regarding the harness that I ordered. All the bad review about this company are all true and I should not buy it from this company after read the review but I did and I regret so much and I tried to claim my money back through paypal since they never answer the email/ message from me. "I would never consider buying for Bluegrass discount again they offer great prices and cheap shipping but can't follow threw. Here is a timeline of my experience: 7/13- order placed and money withdrawn for account, 7/19 finally received notice my item was shipped but no tracking #, 7/26 no item yet, 7/28 call to find out were the item is and was sent to voicemail due to "We are currently closed message" this is Wednesday at 10am, 7/29 called again same message 2pm???, 7/30 call once more sure enough same message so I left a voice mail for sale 2 hrs later guy calls me back said he got a email transcript of my message said sorry about the automated system it must not have been updated from the weekend and verified the order was supposed to be shipped but was still sitting there for some reason. He offered to refund my order I said no just please expedite it. He offered 3 day shipping and said he can still get it out Friday afternoon and have it to me by Tuesday and will email me the tracking #. I said thanks that will be fine. 7/29-8/2 no email received but I'm still hopefull 8-3 no item so I wait till 8-4 just in case and no item still so 5pm I take out my phone to call again and see an email from them them saying (quoted) "your order has been canceled and you have been refunded •reason: delivery took to long." Infuriated I called them again and sure enough, transferred to voicemail due to "sorry we are currently closed" I left a message to have my call returned and explain to me what the problem is... my call hasn't been returned as of writing this review 8-9-10. "
"This order was placed 7/18.
Repeated calls to BG LLC through out the next week resulted in endless v-mails/e-mails..etc promising that the item had shipped and they would provide the way bill information.
This information never was received.
It got to the point where customer service offered me a $50.00 in-store credit due to all the issues I was having.
Then they offered to cancel the first order, refund my money, and re-submit it again and this time fed-ex the shipment to me along with an invoice.
After that they fell of the face of the earth.
No one would return my calls or e-mails.
I received a notice today that the refund they were to have sent to my paypal account was not processed due to Bluegrass Discount not sending the funds.
Now I am out $600.00, have no merchandise and no one from Bluegrass Discount will return any calls.
You decide if you want to give your your money to such a company !"
"Ordered from them on July 22 and it stayed in "Awaiting Shipment" for a week. Emailed them and got no response. Called and got a digital voice system. They don't communicate with their customers. I filed a complaint with paypal and got refunded the same day."

I emailed them and was told the item was on the way and I would receive tracking information later that day.
To shorten a long story, I spent 4-5 days emailing them back and forth trying to get hold of a tracking number and further information about when my shipment would arrive. Continually i was promised it was on the way. Finally on the day they said it would arrive (still no tracking number) I got the "I'm sorry there was a problem and what I can do is either send it out now or give you a refund."
So two weeks of messing around and I am left with out my item.
Good: cheap, nice message system
Bad: you might not receive what you order! even with 25 emails. "
