"I purchased a Fingerling from this company on the Walmart website. I paid double the price and this item is a total fake. Different toy name and packaging. Yet they are still selling it under the Fingerling name. I paid $30 and there are now several secondary markets selling this toy for up to and over $100. Blulans even raised their price on the Walmart website from the $30 I paid. They have hurt the secondary markets that are honest. I will never buy from another one again. I am hoping I get resolution."

If I type in bluelans.com it takes me to buyila.com. If I go through my history and click on bluelans, it takes me to buyila.com. I tried different browsers. I don't know what to do."

"On Nov 18, 2011, I ordered a USB hub. On Dec 3, I received a pair of earrings! No USB hub. I immediately began trying to contact them via their online forms; not being sure which one to use, I used both forms and got no response so I finally sent them an email on Dec 6 to their sales dept. On Dec 7, I got a response asking me to send them a photo showing "the problem." How do you send a photo of "you sent me the wrong thing"? So that same day I sent them a photo of the earrings. Later that day I received an email informing me that the status of my order was changed to "shipped." Not being exactly sure what that meant, I wrote back and asked if that meant they had actually shipped my USB hub. The next day, I received an email asking me whether I wanted the USB hub or a refund-- Mind you, this is AFTER I received the email saying the status of my order was "shipped." So, I wrote back and told them I still wanted the item. On Dec 9 I received an email saying they would ship it "later on." Today is Dec 27, still no USB hub.
*Update: Today is January 17, 2012. The USB hub arrived today, 2 months after I ordered it, and 38 days after they reshipped. "
