"Terrible customer service. I ordered klaire labs probiotics for my infant after calling to make sure it would arrive to me in a manner that kept it cool during shipping. They delivered it usps which puts the product in a hot mailbox. The product was so hot I could not touch the bottle. They made me pay nearly $7 to return it to them because "I should have known that it would sit in my mailbox all day." Seems counter intuitive that they would want me to spend $7 to ship back a product that is damaged. I can only assume that they want the product back to resale. Yikes! I even offered to toss the product and let them ship me another via another delivery method, as I wanted to try to remain a customer. Apparently they would rather have my damaged product back than to keep what could have been a valuable customer. Terrible customer service. The rep basically told me it was my fault the mail runs to my house in the mornings. Like I knew they were shipping via USPS."

“We strive very hard to for customer satisfaction, but in some cases, we cannot be responsible for how the products we ship out are handled by the postal service or any other courier company. We offer a 30-day return policy for all product(s). In some cases when it comes to temperature sensitive products, it will need to be up to the customer to be able to retrieve packages ASAP especially if they live in a warmer climate. All of our temperature sensitive products are shipped expedited 3 business day shipping with an ice pack in a thermal envelope. We also offer a cooler pack service for Klaire Labs products for an additional charge. We hold shipments of temperature sensitive products on Thursday and Friday and ship them on Monday to avoid them sitting in a couriers warehouse over a weekend.
We also do not restock any returned products. They are discarded as soon as we receive them back since we cannot verify the handling and care of those products.
