They claim to have the "the industry's best return policy". They provide no telephone number or physical address on their site. That should immediately raise suspicions. They are a complete fraud. "
"Merchant double billed me AFTER I explained my second order and what I wanted. He "overrode" (by his own admission) my CVV code on my credit card in order to get the charge put through and then claimed it was MY mistake. He then refused to cooperate or offer any assistance in the refund of only HALF the double billing for which he was responsible. STAY AWAY!!! "
