"Customer service is sub par. Made an order on Sep 8, had to wait till Sep 12 for a small change. Was supposingly "shipped" on Sep 13, but in reality didn't ship till Oct 1, more than two weeks later! Additionally, my order was missing an item, and I contacted them, but they didn't respond. Had to file a paypal dispute to get my money back.

The prices are reasonable, but I would avoid this seller. They have bad customer service. Whenever you contact them, they give you a small snippet of information and just ignore anything else. Support your local gaming store or just buy from Amazon. Trust me, you don't want to deal with these guys."
