"I was shipped the wrong item. I am still waiting on the correct item and have had to submit proof when the product number shipped was the wrong product number. I submitted a picture of the wrong item and still have not received a return label. This is a $10 item. I paid more in shipping for it. I have to return the wrong item to get the privilege of returning it and am still without the correct item. I have no idea how long this process is going to take. This is not like ANY other company I have ever bought from on line. If the seller makes a mistake they should not make the purchaser jump thru hoops. Correct the mistake by shipping the correct product ASAP. I guess there is a reason for the low ratings on google for this company. Lesson learned. If you want to correct the issue send the correct now. Call me and explain what is being done in a timely manner. This is sad!"
