"I bought an product from boatid and when I received it. The box was correct the product number on the shipping label was correct but in the box was the wrong item. So I called to get an exchange. They asked me to take pictures and send it to them and once they get the pictures it would be 3 to 5 business days to even receive the shipping label to send the wrong product back. Further inconveniencing me. After I told them that would not work she said she could authorize and hold on my card to send the correct product and once they receive the old one they would release my money back to me. So I'm like you want to charge me twice for a mistake yall made. Both times I've called I've spoke to Bella Prada and her customer service is horrible. All I want is the correct product without being inconvenienced. I've asked for a manger several times and one time she said there was not one. This is horrible customer service.
9/9/2019 update
Boat ID sent me a new item and I received it today and guess what. I again received the in correct product. I ordered the P32 but in the box again for the second time was an P72. This is so frustrating. So again I have to take pictures and send it to them in order to return the product but I think now I need my money back."
