"I did business with SJK products d/b/a "Newage Marine Supply". These people are idiots. I ordered an important part, over a week later they write back and tell me it's back ordered. I ask them when they expected it to ship and I received a message saying, "Don't worry, you're all set." I took this to mean that they had shipped the product. I waited an additional week and then asked for the shipping number. They replied, "Oh, that was on backorder so we canceled your order".

Slow to respond, and stupid when they do. Don't waste your time with these folks"

"This place is a complete waste of time! I placed a several hundred dollar order and for a week I could not get a straight answer of what was going on. On their website it says they almost always ship out next day and sometimes even same day. Ya right!

I ordered Monday... Called them Tuesday to see if it had shipped (I never received a shipping confirmation e-mail like I usually do). I talked to a woman who said everything was just about to be shipped and I should get a tracking number in a couple of hours. Tuesday comes and goes with out an e-mail. I call Wednesday and the lady on the phone said that one of my items had shipped and the other was on back order. She took my phone number and promised to call right back to let me know how long the one item will be on backorder. I wait about 8 hours and never got a call... So that same day I called back and got a man on the phone. He tells me that nothing ever shipped and that the backorder will be 3 weeks. I didn't want to wait that long so I just told him to send me a comparable part. He said okay and that my entire order would be shipped tonight (Wednesday). I never got an e-mail Wednesday. Late Thursday morning I got an e-mail from them saying they did not have any of the products in stock and they did not know when they were getting anymore. I had enough and just canceled the entire order.

Stay away from these jokers. They wasted a week of my time. Wouldn't surprise me if they were selling used or knockoff products. Seemed like a real shady business."
