"From ordering parts, to delivery to customer service this has been a complete waste of time and money for me. I decided to order from boats.net since they claimed to have the fasting shipping option available, even if it was a few dollars more for parts and shipping. The parts got lost in the mail. Boats.net made me wait a full week before shipping out a replacement that I still had to pay for, so now I’m behind schedule. When the replacement part finally arrives it did not fit as described so I had to order a different part. I spoke to them on the phone to explain why the part they claimed would fit did not work and exactly which part I needed. I paid for expedited shipping again which basically means nothing. When the part finally came in it was the wrong ignition coil. I had to call again and explain that they sent me the wrong part and asked them to verify it is the correct one before shipping another one. I had to pay again for the correct part. I have paid for 4 parts, expedited shipping (minus the return label, they actually agreed to cover that expense) not received a single refund, and still waiting for the final parts to see if they got it right this time. At the end of all of this they still won’t give me a discount or future credit because of Yamahas pricing. This has been a huge waste of time and money and I still don’t have the part in to fix my boat going on 1.5 months. What a joke!"
